The most significant characteristic is small clearance in the slim hole. There are a lot of challenges to the current cementing technologies. Cementing design is the important point in the small clearance cementing. Due to the small clearance, casing is not easy to center, the cementing ring is thinner. Annulus friction is high in the construction process. Construction’s pressure is high in the cementing process. Formation is leaked easily. Displacement efficiency is lower. Small clearance cementing quality would be serious affected.This paper scientifically researched on the conventional calculation model of the well bottom temperature, analysis on designed area electrical measurement temperature, use the linear regression method to build the suitable for slim hole cementing bottom temperature calculation, in addition to establish the bottom hole cycle temperature calculation model according to the heat transfer model in the well. According to balance the cementing principles, channeling flow analysis method and cement interfaces design principles, in combination with drilling parameters and the formation parameters, such as basic parameters, research on the fluid structure design in the small clearance well. Considering on the fluid performance requirements of slim hole cementing, the reasonable annulus’fluid structures and the displacement fluid structures are designed and optimized. Based on the conventional rheological parameters calculation model and combined with the characteristics of small clearances of slim hole, the fluid rheological properties can calculate considering effects of the bottom temperature. Researching and analyzing of the fluid rheological model to flow type and the annulus friction calculation formula. Combined with fluid rheological parameter calculation, according to balance pressure cementing principles, analyzing the injection fluids’ position in the construction process of the slim hole cementing, considering the "U" pipe effect produced by Euler method, simulating and analyzing the construction dynamic parameters, checking the rationality of the cement design, describing the cementing dynamic simulation process. Programming cementing design software of small clearance well by C#program language and SQL Server database technology platform.The software system is good to verify the rationality of the design of slimhole narrow interval well cementing.
