In the thesis, by researching the cementing substitution process in slimhole based on strict methods of mathematical physics, the equations of laminar flow in an iccenttric annulus that fit for calculating with computer are derived. The corrspponding programs for calculating the velocity and flowrate of substitutive liquid and plotting the distribution field in the iccentric annulus are also given.By the experimental equipment the flow rate of substitution can be directly observed and measured.The mechanism of hysteresis effect of mud flow in the narrow side of the iccentric annulus has been deeply studied, hysteresis line and the rising velocity characterizing the phenomenon are defined and measured-Several methods to improve cementing substitution efficiency in slimhole are given,which provide basis for furtlor researching cementing substitution theory and computer imitation in cementing construction.
