With the development of national economy, the state’s dependence on long-distance pipeline gradually increase, while the pipe on the economic, environmental and social stability has become increasingly sensitive. Oil and gas pipeline safety problem is the social public, government and enterprise focus. Once the accident, that will bring considerable economic losses, social influence and environmental hazards, Security and the economy is core for for pipeline operation management.Pipeline integrity management is to reduce the possibility of accident happening and accident risk evaluation consequence of pipeline risk and reduce the process. Pipe flaw detection technology and Internal corrosion direct assessment menthods is an important basis of integrity management technology.This paper first introduced the pipeline integrity management importance and main contents, described the profile of domestic and international pipeline and operation, now that the operating condition of the pipeline, pipe integrity management quite important and necessary.Secondly analyzes pipe commonly used internal and external detection technology characteristic. Inner inspection technology:magnetic flux leakage testing, ultrasonic detection, eddy current testing method, current detection, and radiation detection, etc.; Outside of pipeline anticorrosion coating testing technology:PCM, standard tube/ground (P/S) potential test method, frequency-frequency selection method, CIPS, DCVG, Pearson detection, SCM.Then the intelligent detection technology focuses on the most common functional magnetic flux leakage. This paper describes the principle of magnetic flux leakage testing, and analyzes the structure of intelligent the pig and the function of each part. With Sinopec Puguang gas field in the test cases for magnetic flux leakage technology and to study the entire testing process. From excavation verifies situation, magnetic flux leakage testing to the pipeline metal defect detection is very accurate.Then detailed description and analysis of the integrity of the management of Internal corrosion direct assessment menthods(ICDA), its basic principles, definitions, classification of accident factors were detailed, with fault tree analysis, quantitative risk analysis of the pipeline, identifying the main cause of pipeline failure factors. Implementation of internal corrosion direct assessment of PetroChinaSouthwest Oil and Gas the Tian Changle-pengxi,dry gas pipeline, it is concluded that the risk evaluation result reasonable risk management advice.Finally, the entire paper was summarized and prospects.
