With the development of society and economy, the demand for oil and gas is increasing. The transportation of oil and gas is becoming more and more important. Pipeline plays an important role in the process of oil and gas transportation. But in fact, as a result of the severe corrosion of oil and gas gathering pipeline causes more serious, not only the service life of the pipeline has been shortened, but also the safety and stability of oil and gas transportation have been iMPacted. This paper studied the selection of anticorrosive coating material of pipeline in oil transportation station, the pipeline inner inspection of outbound pipeline and the integrity evaluation based on the pipeline inner inspection.In the end,this paper gave some relatively comprehensive conclusions.Based on the corrosion status of the current domestic oil and gas pipeline station pipeline, this paper carried out on-site sampling survey which was conducted in 12 oil and gas stations in northeast and northwest regions, analysised and evaluated the current status of corrosion control of pipeline in station, and used ultrasonic guided wave technology to detect the corrosion of buried pipeline and analyzed the causes of corrosion. Based on the survey results and the current domestic situation of corrosion coating, this paper carried out the test plan of anticorrosion layer material of the station pipeline, carried out high temperature cathodic stripping, dry/wet alternate, high/low temperature, alternating hot water immersion and electrochemical impedance evaluation test, analyzed the influence of coating structure, corrosion proof grade and surface treatment on the performance of anticorrosion layer.In this paper, the pipe deformation testing and corrosion testing of the Lanzhou-Chengdu-Chongqing pipeline (Chengdu-Neijiang) had been done, obtained the detection results. This paper based on the analysis of pipe deformation test and corrosion test data, combined with the actual situation of the pipeline, assessed the integrity of the pipeline outside the station, summarized the related data of pipeline detection, judged the severity of metal loss, calculated the growth rate of metal loss and predicted the remaining life of pipeline, and evaluated the effect of deformation and metal loss on pipeline integrity.
