Abstract/Summary:
Along with the progress of science and technology and the development of the times, PLC control technology develops rapidly in recent years, especially in the computer network communication and contemporary advanced control theory under the guidance, industrial process control, control system, implementation of instrumentation and control system is becoming more and more intelligent, widely used in industrial processes in various areas. Especially in the production of chemical industry, mostly continuous operation, and is a flammable, explosive environment. To ensure production safety and distillation of the quality and efficiency, PLC control is introduced to the process of methanol distillation process. Intelligent control system with the combination of the production equipment, system optimization, and ensure the production safety, but also saves the energy resource, improve the efficiency of equipment.Methanol distillation process is the safety supervision department of automation requirements modification of risk process. Requirements of the production device in case of abnormality, automatic control system can quickly cut off the source of danger, avoid the occurrence of accidents, and timely alarm. The purpose of this paper is to explore how PLC, the function of control system used in chemical production safety interlock, the PLC function in the safety control in full play, in modern production management, fully embody the " scientific development, people-oriented" management philosophy.According to the process requirements and safety design specification, the system adopts the distributed control system, three control structures, including network monitoring, monitoring and the monitoring, with the industrial PC as the main controller, with Kingview software programming, data processing ability, system stability. The control system has the advantages of convenient adjustment, upgrade, strong universality; control level discusses in detail the control hardware design, key includes a safety interlock factors; monitoring level design with Kingview software, PLC program design and development as the focus, a detailed description of the characteristics of a control object, data processing method and parameters, control scheme.The control system to achieve the following requirements:(1) Production process parameter monitoring, parameter recording;(2) Process parameter exceeds the limit signal alarm;(3) Important aspects of the safety interlock protection;(4) Production of the main parameters in the process of automatic regulation;(5) Remote transmission and processing functions.The system has been applied in production practice, application effect is good.This paper mainly studies the PLC control system in the methanol distillation device for automated control and safety interlocking technology in the practical application, standardized enterprise management of production safety, reduce process device security risks, prevent the occurrence of safety accidents, while strengthening the safety production base, promote the production device of the level of intrinsic safety.
