An enterprises which producing1,3,5-benzenetriol, using the solvent process of producing1,3,5-benzenetriol, will produce high concentration and high salt acidic wastewater. Wastewater treatment engineering of benzene phenol containing three potassium chloride and high concentration organic wastewater by Fenton oxidation, salting-out after pretreatment, again with low concentration wastewater by iron carbon micro electrolysis together, hydrolysis, contact oxidation treatment after discharge, the processing process is long, mechanization rate is low, it is difficult to control the process treatment of water, high cost and poor stability, to process modification.The production of waste water containing1,3,5-benzenetriol2%oand20%of potassium chloride, is not conducive to the late wastewater treatment, and between1,3,5-benzenetriol with high recycling value. According to the characteristics of wastewater, the wastewater treatment process of transformation, the extraction recovery of benzene of three phenol, and then through the evaporation of salt by the Deputy products of potassium chloride, process waste water after treatment can fully recycled to achieve zero emissions. Methyl isobutyl ketone extraction agent, in the pH under certain conditions, through the experiment, analysis of the experimental temperature, compared, extraction time on the extraction rate influence, to determine the optimal extraction conditions for:room temperature≤20℃, compared to over1.2, extraction time≥10min, Test results for engineering debugging, extraction rate>95%.The project after the technical transformation will obtain remarkable economic benefits, recycling of benzene three phenol can gain profit3,472,000yuan, recovery KC1Deputy Product sales profit of about1,617,000yuan/year, removing about1,000,000yuan each year of operation cost, there are still about3,000,000yuan economic benefits.
