Precision Cnc Direct-drive Turntable Nut Grinding Machine Design And Machine Reliability Test Method Research

With the widely use of ball screw in various kinds of automatic processing machine, the demand of precision of ball screw has been risen higher and higher. As the major equipment of producing nut, the nut grinding machine’s working performance has directly influence on the precision of the nut. This paper aims at improving the working performance of the nut grinding machine, focus on the design of rotating table and research method of reliability test from the aspects of improve the machining precision and reliabilityIn order to improve the accuracy of nut grinding machine, to improve the positioning accuracy of internal thread grinding angle is very important. Now the positioning accuracy of grinding angle is up to the rotating table, so to improve the precision of the rotating table, choose direct-drive motor and turntable bearing with angular measurement system instead of the usual design which will not only simplify structure and reduce cost, but also improve the accuracy.To fulfilled the requirement of high precision and to control cost at the same time, analysis and optimize the precision of rotating table. Based on the empirical data, combined with the structure and motion feature to build the error model of rotating table by multi-body system theory, and put forward an optimizing method to satisfy different need of economy and working performance.Meanwhile, in order to improve the nut grinding machine’s reliability, it is very necessary to do the research of reliability test method, analysis the weak link of nut grinding machine by FMEA, use Weibull distribution to deal with the test result and finally get the express way of the reliability date, to make the foundation of the reliability test of the nut grinding machine later in producing..
