The vacuum plate glass is transparent, energy-efficient, high-tech, deep-processing glass product. Its manufacturing technology is difficult, which edge performance is a difficulty that has been plagued by scientists. The edge welding of vacuum plate glass is related to thermal stress problems of brittle materials (glass). And brittle materials welding are different from that of metal materials. It is not use normal welding methods welding, because its heat transfer coefficient is small, and its fragile feature. At this stage, we use high-temperature welding to seal the vacuum plate glass. In this method, the glass and solder are put into the high-frequency furnace. Solder and the glass substrate heated more evenly, less thermal stress; however, the production is slow.
