The mechanical dynamical worktable which is a very important component of the machine tool manufacturing equipment is a basic unit in the constitution of the machine tool manufacturing equipment. The performance of machine tool manufacturing accessory is advantageous or disadvantageous according as the multi-dimensional movement and positioning performance of the dynamic bench are good or bad directly. Based on the research of a new kind of3-D decoupling rotational dynamical bench designed initially to act in concert with the holding and positioning work-piece of the cutting machine tool, proceeding from the satisfaction of the work requirement of its kinematic performance and dynamic performance, this paper has done further research work on the control system of the3-D rotational dynamical bench.Firstly, based on the analysis of the developing situation of the machine tool worktable and its control system and the technology of the hydraulic servo and DC servo both at home and abroad, this paper proposes a movement control mode that is suitable for the3-D rotational dynamical bench and also analyzes its practical feasibility. This paper specifically analyses the structural features and working principles of the dynamical bench, discusses the influence of the decoupling design philosophy on movement control, and put forward the basic thinking and planning of the hydraulic servo-drive according to the requirement of movement control of the dynamical bench.Secondly, this paper emphatically discusses the control system design of the dynamical bench. Through the analysis of the movement and dynamic force of the dynamical bench, this paper proposes the schematic diagram of the hydraulic driving system, conducts the independent design of the hydraulic servo control mechanism and the design for component choosing. The principles of the DC servo pilot and servo tracking are put forward on this basis. According to the analysis of the movement control of the components, the circuit layout of the contactor control of the electrical relay has completed and the PLC of FX2N series is used to do the improvement design.Upon completion of the control system design, the Simscape SimHydraulic software package is used to conduct the analog simulation towards the hydraulic servo of the dynamical bench, the dynamic property and related influence factors of the system are analyzed directly, the practicability and rationality of the hydraulic control scheme are verified and the reference frame are provided for the material object research of the control system. The design research of the control system of the3-D rotational dynamical bench provides a new tool and approach for the multi-dimensional movement control of the machine tool manufacturing equipment worktable and promotes the achievements conversion of related patented technology, which has the realistic meaning and using value to some degree towards the technical progress of process equipments.
