With the auto industry fast developing today in the domestic, the application of leaf-spring in car cross-section are more and more increasing demand. But because the restriction of the domestic production technology, more traditional mill use heated to leaf-spring rolling repeatedly, and trimming cut the whole many times, leading to the production and precision of leaf-spring are low, easy to destroy the organization performance of metal leaf-spring, so the methods is not high yield, production cost is high and low efficiency. In view of this situation, this subject adopts a new type of a forming leaf-spring mill can use in the produce of variable value variable cross-section of the forming technology but must demand the leaf-spring rolling rolls to stabilize motion coordination control many blank after a rolling, to get ideal cross-section shapes of leaf-spring.The main content of this article include:One, this paper studies on the forming process variable value and the forming process equipment variable value according to the actual requirements, studies the theory of production equipment and technology single-channel times, then put forward a forming leaf-spring variable value forming process, and used the now relatively new V-H single-channel times variable value forming equipment.Second, in part of designing the electro-hydraulic servo control system of the mill, design each component of the forming leaf-spring mill electro-hydraulic servo system diagram and established the mathematical model, simplifies the application of the mathematical model according to the characteristics of practical.Three, aimed at the problems of V-H variable value of mill V rolling forming part two roll need be controlled coordinated movement, using a hydraulic synchronous control technology. A the same times, analysis the advantages and disadvantages of. In the same mode, master-slave mode and the coupling mode on the basis of synchronous control subordinate type selection the better mode to control V rolling system movement. And the subordinate types are established with synchronous control equation with diagrams, into the system model corresponding simulation experiment.Four, aimed at leaf-spring variable value forming electro-hydraulic servo control system used to the characteristic of structure, the traditional PID control, conventional fuzzy control and fuzzy PID control of hydraulic servo system with simulation experiment respectively, compare the advantages and disadvantages of three control methods, then using fuzzy PID algorithm to intelligent control the leaf-spring variable value forming electro-hydraulic servo system;Simulation results show that V-H single-channel times once forming process theory, can satisfy the feasibility of the control accuracy requirements. Fuzzy PID control strategy can effectively control electro-hydraulic servo system, the operation result better than PID control and simple fuzzy control, and it has more anti-interference ability and steady-state performance, following is good. Adopt master-slave synchronous control way can effectively control V rolling roll coordination greatly, effectively reduce the synchronous movement, improve timed with synchronous error performance. Based on fuzzy PID variable value of leaf-spring forming electro-hydraulic servo control system has a greater theory value and practical significance, can improve the production efficiency varingarea leaf-spring production and quality, enhance the competitiveness of products in the leaf-spring industry.
