The series compounds of trifluoromethyl benzene are important pesticides, pharmaceutical intermediates and has a strong demand at home and abroad.To this end,we focus trifluoromethylaniline and trifluoromethylphenol product as research obiects.Firstly.due to the high reaction pressure,reaction temperature, poor product stability and intolerance storage, the production costs of synthetic trifluoromethylaniline is too high. So this paper focuses on the experiments of antihypertensive trials as well as product stability factors in trilluoromethylaniline production process.The ratio of materials, reaction temperature, reaction time and the addition of a phase transfer catalyst were examined, the results show that the reaction temperature and pressure can effectively reduce after the addition of phase transfer catalyst to the production process.The reaction temperature decreased from200-210℃to170-180℃and the reaction pressure reduced from13MPa to10MPa or less.Secondly, the stability of the trifluoromethylaniline was stuied at love temperature(10°C or less), room temperature (20-25℃)and high temperature(50℃).The experiment results shows that the stability is worse at the higher temperature.In order to improve the stability of trifluoromethylaniline at high temperature, the nitrogen and ammonia pass into the product respectively and a trace amount of WL-3aids was added.The study shows the adding of WL-3aids does not influence the downstream reaction complex and can increase the stability of the product.Finally, as the downstream products of trifluoromethylaniline, trifluoromethylphenol has a certain market demand and the production process is relatively simple. However, there are very few domestic production units. In this paper, the trifluoromethylphenol was synthesised by trifluoromethylaniline through salt formation, diazotization, hydrolysis, distillation process.According to the actual production needs, material ratio, reaction time. technological process and operational processes were optimized through small scale test.In the pilot plant procession, we found the stirring speed has great impact on the reaction, therefore, the frequency conversion stirring motor was put into use in the. production and the product yield improved by adjusting the stirring speed.The article also examined the effect of the pH and water content in the distillation process on the product quality of trifluoromethylphenol,The experiments show that the pH is the key fctor. In this paper, the technogical process and equipment match were optimized based on actual production experience.
