Metal forming machinery is widely used in various kinds of industry fields like electricity, machinery, automobiles, home appliances, etc. In recent years, with the fast development of auto industry and home appliance industry, the whole mechanical industries put forward higher request for Metal forming equipment. Chinese mechanical press has the advantage of cheap price, simple structure and high productivity, therefore, our press machine has strong ability of supply, but the competition ability of whole Metal forming machinery in the international market is not strong, this mainly displays in the low accuracy of the press and the high cost. With the development of the Metal forming machinery, double point press replace the single point press with the advantage of high performance and open back, but at the same time, because of big workbench face, the parallel degree of the slider relative to the underside is higher, that is, strictly controlling the inclination of slider appears particularly important when we study accuracy of the double point press. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze and study the influencing factors which affect the accuracy of the double point press.The precision of double point press slide block is decided by the manufacturing precision of parts and the assembly relation between them, so calculating the dimensional chain is necessary to solve these problems, the whole transmission system of the double point press form a closed dimension chain, and a dimension chain consists of composition loop and closed composition loop, therefore, in order to study the motion precision of double point press slide block, learning from each of the parts which constitute the whole assembly dimension chain is very important, and on the basis of study the motion precision of double point press slide block, the paper lays stress on the various factors that affect slider accuracy and particularly on the most important factor, at the same time, the results are verified with dynamic simulation. Based on this, slider motion precision is improved from three aspects, that is designing, manufacturing and assembly, so that to solve the problem.The paper first introduces the general situation and development of the press both in our country and abroad, focusing on the source of the subject and research meaning; Then, the main structure of the machine is analyzed, and assembly size chain of the whole transmission system is found out, and then the factors that affect the precision of transmission system in this pressure machine is analyzed in theory, the slider displacement equation is deduced; Moreover, three-dimensional CAD software SolidWorks and kinematics analysis software COSMOSMotion are used to establish the main structure of J25-200type double point press and analysis the transmission parts, proofing that the most important influence factor; Finally, based on the results of the analysis, reasons from three aspects that is designing, manufacturing and assembly are to give the solutions, final controlling the accuracy of the slippery in a given precision range.In this paper, there are three major innovative points:(1) Dynamic simulation research. The paper not only finds out the main reason for the low precision in the double point press slide block in the theory but also proofs this conclusion using the simulation curve which is output by COSMOSMotion, compared with the way in listed data form, the curve can reflect accuracy and the trend of the changing of the slider in a intuitive way.(2) New craft equipment. According to the theoretical study, the improvement scheme is put forward from three aspects that are designing, manufacturing and assembly. A new technological equipment and tooling debugging method is designed, so that all parts can be completed before assembly, replacing the "assemble-remove and process-assemble again", greatly improving efficiency.(3) New structure scheme. This paper puts forward a new structure scheme of an expansion sleeve connection, this not only reduces the processing process, improving efficiency, but also increases the precision in a certain degree.
