With the increasing demand of high speed、heavy load and large table press, our forging equipment need to develop to a high level. In order to break through the traditional design method of the double crankshaft parallel layout of the main transmission mechanism of the same type products in china, In this paper, the research object is the main drive mechanism of the double crank transversed press with innovative design, the following research is done on the basis of the emphasis of the anti deflection capacity and precision of the press.Firstly, according to the technical parameters required by the main drive mechanism of the design press, determine the design layout and ratio of the main transmission mechanism. Analysis the movement law and the stress state of the main drive mechanism, Complete the preliminary design and theoretical strength check of the key components such as crankshaft, connecting rod and slider, Determine four different structure size design of the main drive mechanism based on the maximize design of the rod distance.Secondly, structural mechanics analysis of main drive mechanism in ansys, including the stress and strain analysis of crankshaft, the radial displacement analysis of the drive shaft and the modal analysis of the main transmission mechanism, then check the theoretical design and determine the optimal size of the main transmission mechanism.Thirdly, establish the dynamic rigid model of the main drive mechanism, use curve fitting to simulate the punching power function, define relevant constraints, studying the dynamic characteristics of the components with simulation analysis of the virtual prototype of the main drive mechanism in adams, then carry out size optimization parametric design of the rod.Lastly,establish the rigid flexible coupling model with clearances of the transmission mechanism in adams. Set appropriate contact force between the pairs of motion based on L-N theory, carried out the single factor simulation analysis with the aim of the study of different clearance, determine the appropriate value of clearance with analysis of the bottom dead cebter data.
