This article use flash animation software as a platform, todesign the multimedia animation of the tolerance and cooperate course. it promote themerger of the information technology and course teaching effectively, In order to improveteaching efficiency and teaching quality.In the paper，the“Research on multimedia CAI courseware of Common Difference&Cooperation”was made out．In this paper, we study the automatic generation of assemblydimension chain theory, analysis and calculate the conventionalmethods of Tolerance,andestablish the assembly database, apply computer aided to search generating dimension chain,and then determine increase or decrease of each ring, and assembly dimension chain isobtained.
