This thesis gave a review of chiral separation.Four new chiral columns from monosaccharides were prepared because saccharide is a kind of natural chiral compound.Using hexane/isopropanol(90:10,v/v) as mobile phase, some racemates were separated by high-performance liquid chromatography.Among these chiral stationary phases, treahalose column gave the best enantioselectivety.Twelve enantiomers including alcohols, amines, amino acids, acids and drugs were separated,in which the C18 was used as reversed-phase column and two saccharides as chiral mobil phase additives. With methacryloyl acid(functional monomer),ethylene dimethacrylate (cross-linking agent) and D-(+)-α-methybenzylamine(chiral template),the molecular imprinting of organic network polymer was synthsized, which showed the enantioselectivety toward the template molecule.Replacing the ethylene dimethacrylate with glucose derivative having two or five founction group as cross-linking agent, unfortunately, the molecular imprinting polymer had not showed predictable selectivity.
