The Empirical Study Of Small And Medium-sized Enterprise Safety Input Factors

Since the reforming and opening up policy has been implemented for more than thirty years, the small and medium-sized enterprise has grown rapidly and already become the backbone of promoting the national economy, realizing the scientific progress, and building a harmonious society. However, in recent years, the situation of SME safety production is very serious, and the condition of safety production is unoptimistic. The accident-prone root is the shortage of safety input. Therefore, how to solve the fundamental dilemma of inadequate safety input is urgently to be solved. Therefore, the research and discussion will focus on the influence factors of safety input. It is considered that the main sources of insufficient safety input root in the indifferent safety consciousness, the low accident loss of actually bearing and the absent workplace safety regulation. Only when aiming "suit the remedy to the case" to these influence factors, the problem which the SME safety input is insufficient can be fundamentally solved and can thoroughly improve our overall safety production situation.Firstly, through researching on the literatures of home and abroad, this article summarized the content, features, index system, benefit evaluation, influence factors of safety input. Based on this, according to the existing problems and roots in SME safety input, and respectively, from the cultural, economic and social point of view, it summed up three influence factors of SME safety input.Secondly, it separately defined the concept and dimension of there influence factors, which are safety climate, accident loss, and workplace safety regulation. Using the safety economics and the game method, it analyzed influence mechanism about three influence factors qualitatively to SME safety input.Thirdly, based on the analysis of current situation and the theory of safety input, through three aspects to construct six index systems, it initially formed conceptual model of influence factors of SME safety input, and put forward the theoretical hypothesis, then designed the questionnaire of SME safety input factors, selected SME from several representative high-risk industries for investigation. Using the factor analysis, the multivariate linear regression and structural equation model, it carried out quantitative analysis on the investigation data, verified the original hypothesis, discussed and summarized the results.Finally, respectively, from three different levels of the economy, the culture and the society, it summed up countermeasures and suggestions to enhance our SME safety input, i.e. taking the culture as the main to rich safety climate, taking the economy as the lever to strengthen restraining, taking the government as the auxiliary to perfect encouragement measures, taking the society as the supplement to carry out supervision widely.
