Until the late 80’s, dynamictrack scale measuring technology has made breakthrough progress, dynamic trackscale in the field of transport is widely used, mainly installed in the station, port,mining and other is equipped with a special railway line track, used to achieve thevehicle park the case of measuring the loading amount, for the production of theenterprise activities and the state regulatory help. Enter after twenty-first Century,dynamic track scale in coal, iron ore and other large mineral resources miningenterprises in the extensive use, mainly used for the measurement of the productioncapacity of enterprises. But the mineral enterprise production environment is bad, themain features of high temperature, high humidity, dust, electromagnetic interferenceand noise pollution is serious, these with the railway transport in the environment aredifferent, so if the railway transport using dynamic track scale system directapplication in mineral enterprise, its measurement accuracy will be greatly weakened,measure the tramcar weight.Based on the original dynamic track scale measuring system structure andprinciple of measurement research, put forward from the hardware design andsoftware algorithm two aspects are improved, which can meet the requirements ofmeasurement under special environmental condition. First, from the hardware aspect,since the track scale weighing sensor selection started on measurement system wasimproved, first select the high measurement precision, fast acquisition speed ofresistance strain sensor as a data collector, after the design of the signal amplificationcircuit, the data was collected and amplifying operation, while eliminating the null drift phenomenon. Design of signal filtering circuit the acquisition of analog signals tothe filtering operation, removal system for generating interference signal wave. Thecircuit is added to A / D conversion module, will collect the analog voltage signal isconverted to a digital signal level. After the MATLABsimulation software using wavelet neural network toolbox and empirical modedecomposition algorithm for the data collection for signal decomposition.
