Solar energy is one kind of reproducible clean energy. For the serious energy crisis, it is significant to research solar cells. CuInSe2solar cells polycrystalline solar cell were regarded as a Promising future generation of solar energy devices due to its lower cost, high conversion efficiency and prominent stability.In this paper, we studied CuInSe2and CuIn(S,Se)2photovoltaic materials prepared by sputtering and solution methods. The main contents of this paper are listed as the following:(1) The films was dosposited on substrates of soda-lime glass, a great influence on the structure and properties of different samples due to different annealing process. We found that Na ion filled with the cation vacancies of the CuInSe2thin films, and exists by the form of Na2Se.When annealing at high temperatures, the resistivity of CuInSe2thin films is about1230Ω·cm.(2) As the elements of S doping, the band gap of CuInSe2thin film increased, It is benefit to improve the conversion efficiency of CuInSe2solar cells. This thesis studies the affect of the properties and structure of CuIn(S,Se)2photovoltaic materials due to the temperature of selenium.(3) Solution method is Simple method to prepare CuIn(S,Se)2solar materials and CuIn(S,Se)2solar cell efficiency was12%prepared by this method. This paper studies the change of the structure and properties by pre-annealing on the preparation of CuIn(S,Se)2solar material. When the pre-annealing temperature is250℃, the resistivity of CuIn(S,Se)2thin films is less than about three order of magnitude thin films prepared no pre-annealing, and the thin films have better lattice quality and fewer defects. The band gap of CuIn(S,Se)2thin films prepared at the conditions of the paper was about1.29eV.SEM, XRD, Raman, XPS and Hall were used to characterize the property of the CuInSe2thin film.
