Overloaded railway, under the action of the big axle load and long grouping train for a long time, fatigue effect significantly,and the influence of many factors such as material aging and environmental disaster, the stress of the bridge structure performance will continue to degradation. At present our country overloaded railway bridge design standard is low, all kinds of diseases are constantly emerging after being used for a certain years. To ensure the safety of the bridge structure, applicability and durability, it is necessary to carry on the regular testing and evaluation. This paper provided the railway bridge dynamic response testing and evaluation technology research, including the following aspects:(1) To summarize the existing data acquisition system development experience, with data collection, signal transmission characteristic, as well as the characteristics of the sensor and railway bridge checking methods, develop a new set of data acquisition system, mainly including the general structure of the system, data transmission design, driver, dynamic collection system of software design, signal analysis, the dynamic index function test, etc.(2) To apply the new developed data acquisition system to the Jinghu high speed railway sui river big bridge and the bridge over the Wentang River comprehensive power performance test. The data results and the existing results for mining system analysis,, to check the precision, reliability and applicability of the development of data collection system(3) Use matlab language to formation the control software interface of data analysis, the software can analyse data whice are measured by the dynamic data acquisition system, including filtering, spectrum analysis, draw a series of the peak value of data, and compare to the threshold value in real-time, and with alarm functions, on this account assess the safe technology state of the bridge, so as to reduce the major accident.
