| The pile foundation is wildly used in bridge engineering and building engineering for its good bearing capacity and stratum adaptability, therefore, there are more and more research have been done on theoretical and experimental study. However, the basic premise is the qualified construction of the pile foundation even these methods are mature and perfect. So, the construction technology of pile foundation has significant impact on its bearing capacity. Good construction technology can improve the bearing capacity of pile foundation and only qualified construction can establish reliable base for the theoretical and experimental study.In this paper, research is carried out on construction technology of the bored pile combined with piles foundation of1#pier of the Wuhan parrot island Yangtze river bridge. Interval hole forming method is adopted and construction machine is selected based on geological conditions in order to educe the agent soil effect of the bored pile. Every process in construction of the bored pile must be in strict accordance with the norms to avoid quality problems of the pore forming and the quality of the pile is tested by the ultrasonic after built.In order to reduce the internal concrete hydration heat and the temperature difference inside and outside the pile cap with large volume and avoid cracking, cooling water pipes are installed inside pile cap and particular construction process are put forward. In the light of specific characteristics of geological and geographical environment of the1#pier, particular measures are put forward to ensure quality of pile cap. The continuous observation and detection show that construction of piles foundation of the1#pier meets the design requirements under scientific control.Finite element software is adopted to analyze the bearing capacity of the pile foundation. Pile of this paper is classified to be friction pile, and the frictional force side of the pile provides the significant part of the bearing capacity of pile foundation. Analysis result show that the deformation of different pile at the same level are different, the inside pile performed more vertical deformation, that is to say, inside pile stand more load than outside. Increase of modulus of elasticity of earth around pile, cohesive force, and internal friction angle are all improve the bearing capacity of pile foundation. |
