The inverter technology is key technology which transforms various forms of newenergy into alternating current for a load or grid-connnected technology, the mainpurpose is to output50Hz AC with the same frequency and phase as power grid voltage,and injecte the energy into power grid.This paper firstly introduces the principle of the grid and grid standards, describesin detail the design methods of hardware and software of grid-connected inverter, thenbuilds grid-connected inverter control system based on SVPWM algorithm, finally,does the experiments on the hardware test platform and shows the experimental results.This paper completes the main aspects as follows:1. It descripts the grid-connected inverter industry background and developmentstatus, Analyzes advantages and disadvantages of various inverter topologies, thenchooses two grades power frequency-isolated structure.2. Elaborates the hardware design way of3.3KW grid-connected inverter. Themain contents include Boost circuit, the design of inductance, the drive and protectionof IGBT, the detection and conditioning of signal, control circuit etc.3. In SIMULINK environment, it builds a control model of grid-connected inverterbased on SVPWM algorithm, separately tests the current response of step change,external disturbance and single-phase short-circuited fault, and shows the test results.4. Completes the programming of control program based on SVPWM algorithmthrough TMS320F2812, realizing decoupling control of active power and reactivepower of inverter output.5. Tests the3.3KW prototype of grid-connected inverter, and makes somerecommendations for improvement.
