In this research, the unilateral dependency of thermal stress on temperature andthe unilateral dependency of strength on thermal stress and temperature are taken intoaccount, and not the vice verses. The thermal stress is represented by a discrete randomvariant that has different conditional probability mean funcions under different thermalcondition with the corresponding amplitudes, the thermal stress-dependent strength isrepresented the same as thermal stress, thermal is treated as a independent variant.Thenthe three-variant Lagrange factor polynomial technique is developed to connect everyvariant to generate the stress-strength interference model, which is the reliabilityfunction with the LFP style. There are three variants in this model, the strengthprobability mean function is Weibull distributed, while the stress probability meanfuntion is normal distributed.Structure reliability is computed under several operationmodes of the aeroengine. This paper is based on multi-variant Lagrange factor polynomial technique andthe stress-strength interference model with stress dependent strength,to analysis thestress of aeroengine combustion chamber cylinder, rotor lamina with Finite ElementAnalysis software respectively and the reliability analysis.Firstly, the basic principle ofLagrange factor polynomial technique is represented, emphased on the construction ofreliability funtion expression contained three variants with this technique. Then everyassembly model is established,we analysis the thermal stress with different thermalconditions and get the maximum stress amplitudes.Use the amplitudes and relativematerial property,we can program to compute and analysis the reliability of everyassembly.
