| At present,a fire occurs in a locomotive is still more serious, especially in internal combustion engine locomotive. A fire happens quite often because internal temperature is higher when it is driving even though it have automatic fire alarm system, the phenomenon of false alarms and missed alarms is serious for single smoke detector.For in time and exact fire detection and avoid fire accident, this paper analyze traditional fire alarm system and present automatic fire extinguishing system, based on multi-sensor data fusion. The system is composed of three parts:Intelligent Compound Detector, main controller. The core processor of system detectors and main controller system is made of32-bit ARM Cortex-M3.In order to simplified system structure and reasonable wiring in the small size, communication components is based on CAN the field bus throughout the entire system, and it significantly improve reliability of system.Intelligent Detector is made of the smog sensor, temperature sensor and CO gas sensor. It have ability of the real-time data acquisition field information and multi-sensor data fusion system applied to fire detectors. Fire extinguishing devices use the hanging FM-200.and using relay to weak power controlling strong power, the worker can Confirm whether start the fire fighting by Control Panel. It is more overall design and function.The system use the neural network BP algorithm for multi-sensor data training by its learning ability and comprehensive analysis concluded the judgment. Overcome traditional detectors for a single threshold value judgment, it improved the system the veracity and reliability of final judgment. Simulation of our country standard naked light SH4and smoldering fire two fire signal by MATLAB software, show that the system have strong recognition ability and the anti-interference ability, intelligent fire alarm fire extinguishing system based on multi-sensor data fusion have a good feasibility. |
