City In Henan Province Tourism Services System Construction And Space Integration Research

Currently, tourism development is in full swing in China. In view of this situation, many provinces and regions lead tourism industry as a leading industry or a sunrise industry. At the same time, tourism competition is increasingly fierce. As a historic tourism province, the tourism industry in Henan Province is developing rapidly. However, because of history, geography and economic development, city tourism and tourism facilities construction is imbalanced in Henan Province. In the fierce competition, we should clear the tourism city function and the status in the regional tourism. In the situation of imbalanced distribution of tourism resources, tourism infrastructure and tourism facilities, the intensive construction of regional tourism to become an urgent problem.This study takes Henan Province as an example, making city’s function and position clear in the fierce competition, making intensive construction against the disproportion of tourist resources and tourist service facilities. On the basis of system construction, this study integrates available resources in the perspective of development to promote Henan Province tourism development. At the same time, this study provides new ideas for regional tourism planning, construction and development mode.On the basis of summarizing and analyzing city tourism service function and regional tourism, this study raises potential problems and improving ideas. On the basis of previous literature, the author try to explore the connotations of the city tourism services function, and define it as the position of city tourism function in the region including travel distribution, travel information transfer, tourism supply, tourist reception. The city tourism service function has four features, such as extraversion, spatial aggregation, radiation-led, dynamic of development. It can be built a system according to the type and Spatial structure of city tourism service function, and also can be integrated according to the area of city tourism service function effect. Depending on the content of city tourism service function, the author establishes system of evaluation index, using comprehensive evaluation method and breaking-point method to evaluate city tourism service function and its effect area. Furthermore, combining the situation of Henan Province, including Henan tourism development trend (development of tourism resources, tourism market, the city location, travel traffic conditions) and city tourism service functions, the author collects relative data and calculates the consequent. Finally, this study sets five tourist service center, three development axes, two barrier-free tourism areas according to the principle of integration of intensive, systematic, forward-looking space, with innovative ideas to think about the tourist city of Henan Province System and Space integration programs and models.In this paper, through the analysis of the city tourism services function’s content, the author decomposes it into a number of smaller evaluation, using comprehensive evaluation, and draw the size and scope of city tourism service function combining with the theory of the breaking-point, then construct the five tourist service center. Zhengzhou is the first Tourist Service Center. Luoyang and Nanyang are the second Tourist Service Center. Xinyang, Anyang, Xinxiang, Jiaozuo, Kaifeng are the third Tourist Service Center. Pingdingshan, Xuchang, Zhoukou, Zhumadian, Sanmenxia, Puyang, Hebi, Luohe are the fourth Tourist Service Center. The fifth Tourist Service Center cities are towns or scenic which are outside the scope of city tourism service function or the "one day area". Finally, taking Henan Province for example, the author provides the city tourism services function system’s spatial integration plan on the basis of theoretical study, build Kaifeng-Zhengzhou-Luoyang, Anyang-Xinxiang Zhengzhou-Pingdingshan-Xuchang-Zhumadian-Xinyang, Jiaozuo-Luoyang-the Nanyang three travel axis, Anyang-Hebi-Puyang-Xinxiang-Jiaozuo-Jiyuan, Shangqiu-Xuchang-Pingdingshan-Luohe-Zhoukou-Zhumadian two barrier-free tourism zones.The main innovation of this study including the evaluation system of the city tourism service function building, city tourism service function five system settings, the spatial integration based on city tourism service function.
