Research On Rural Tourism Development Based On Integration Of Industry And Tourism

Since from 2004,the document of No.1 China Central Committee has paid attention to the work of agriculture rural areas and farmers for 18 years.From building a new socialist countryside to building a beautiful countryside,from building a complex in rural to promoting rural revitalization and speeding up the modernization of agricultural and rural areas,the development of rural tourism has been the trend of the times.However,under the background of the increasingly hot development of rural tourism,a large number of rural tourism demonstration projects have problems,such as lack of local cultural characteristics,low participation of the people,lack of follow-up construction and maintenance and operation.In order to promote the development of rural tourism,this paper puts forward the sustainable development of rural tourism through the integration of industry and tourism.By systematically combing the previous theoretical and practical research results on the integration of industry and tourism,rural tourism and so on,the author analyzes the similar concepts of integration of industry and tourism,and analyzes a number of classic cases of integration of industry and tourism at home and abroad.In order to test whether the basic principles and path of production and tourism integration proposed in this article are effective,the author takes Qingfeng Village,Liyang City,Jiangsu Province,as an example and quantithe changes in the correlation degree of tourism and agriculture,cultural and processing industry in 2016～2020 after integration into the gray correlation analysis method.Based on the change of the correlation degree coefficient of industry and tourism,it is found that Qingfeng Village exists in the process of further promoting the integrated development of industry and tourism 。 They are low technological content of agricultural products in the primary industry,insufficient product innovation and insufficient utilization rate of idle houses in the secondary industry aspect,insufficient excavation of cultural industry,market service function to be improved,and insufficient comprehensive consideration for the construction of supporting facilities in the tertiary industry.To this end,specific industrial structure planning is put forward,the primary industry is mainly agriculture,the secondary industry is mainly agricultural products processing,and the tertiary industry is tourism industry,research industry and vacation industry.According to the theoretical analysis results,the author plans the design strategy and overall layout of rural tourism development in Qingfeng Village,and builds Qingfeng Village around 1 core,2 supporting facilities and 4 groups.Its functional zoning is divided into 5 parts,respectively for the paddy field tour area,research and education area,agricultural demonstration area,B & B resort area and water entertainment area.Then,the reasonable design and planning of villages are put forward from the perspective of living landscape environment design and landscape zoning design,in order to inject strong impetus into the sustainable development of rural tourism in Qingfeng Village.
