With the rapid development of our economy, the consciousness of environmental protection is more and more high, energy conservation、emissions、low carbon and environment protection has become the focus topic of the whole society。such as the coal and oil resources is exhausting, the human’s demand is more and more bigger, and the consumption rate is more and more faster, has been transferred to renewable energy. Solar energy is as the ideal of the new energy, particularly has been received attention and concern. Solar energy takes the advantage of security, cleaning, because of no threat to the human health and environment, solar is becoming one of the best renewable energy.At present, our photovoltaic industry is distribution in the battery module. In module process, it mainly uses the method of vacuum compression to laminate solar modules. The laminator is a kind of important equipment for module, most of the domestic laminator take the conduction oil to heat module, however, the foreign laminator take the electric heater to heat module. Under the vacuum high temperature conditions, the laminator can press The EVA solar battery TPT and glass into the rigid components. The lamination is the special process of the module, it can affect the quality of the PV module. In this paper, it is based on the electric heating laminator, researching the automation system, introducing laminator structure and working principle.Because of vacuum laminator needs to meet manufacturing precision, stability and high security, so we use the electrical heating way to improve the working security and stability. The laminated parameters are directly influencing the quality of module. EVA cross linking degree also directly affects the module’s performance and service life. In order to monitor the laminator’s temperature effectively, we use the dynamic temperature measuring device to monitor the laminator temperature. Through testing the various performance of different EVA manufacturer, wo can explore the reasonable laminator parameters, improving the quality of lamination, so, it is not only improving quality, but also reducing the scrap rate and work efficiency.By the example of electric heating, I have mainly completed the following aspects of the work:(1) Introducing the principle of photovoltaic power generation, and the process of photovoltaic module production; (2) Introducing the principle of the laminator, and the automatic system structure;(3) According to EVA cross-linking mechanism, I have test the EVA light transmittance and peel strength, temperature uniformity, also have analyzing the test data to adjust laminator parameter;(4) Finding out the root reasons of the practical quality problem, I have put forward some actions, and have achieved some results;...
