The Air-core reactor has the advantages of simple structure, light weight, good linearity, low loss, low noise, easy maintenance, in recent years, Air-core Reactor in Electrodynamic Force, metallurgy, mine, chemical industry, wind power and electric railway fields of application. The Air-core Reactor power analysis, contribute to the design of mechanical strength, avoid Air-core Reactors in a suitable change process undergo great Electrodynamic Force to destroy the reactor.The first chapter on Air-core reactor structure characteristics are expounded, Air-core reactor is composed of a plurality of glass fiber epoxy resin dipping glue solidified coaxial winding package seal, electrical all package are connected together in parallel. Air-core reactor is mainly composed of star frame arm, a reactor coil, Stubbs rods, pillar insulator, a mounting base, the magnetic isolation elevated seat components.
