| Because of there is no iron-corn in air-core reactor, there is no magnetic saturation. Because the air-core reactor is flame retardant, non-polluting and has other obvious advantages, so its application is more and more widely. Analysis on electric field intensity distribution in air core reactor insulation can contribute to air core reactor insulation rational design. Calculation on wave process in air-core reactor and get the potential distribution, can provides a theoretical basis for optimal design.Based on the insulation structure in the air core reactor, two-dimensional electric field analysis models of 0.537kV out door dry type air core shunt reactor ,11kV three-phase piled pack reactor and 10kV out door dry type air core series reactor were established. The electric field models are meshed and analyzed by finite element method, and the distribution of electric field intensity and analytical results is obtained. Some conclusions are obtained: the maximum electric intensity and its position are determined, as well as the effect to electric field caused by the shortcomings in the process of air core reactor package manufacturing. Some improved methods are given. Improve the processing technology of the penultimate package. The results and some conclusions of practical significance can provide a useful reference for engineering design.In addition, in order to obtain the potential distribution of the windings in air core reactor, wave process in the reactor under the lightning over-voltage was calculated. In the calculation, the equivalent circuit of a reactor winding is established, and the inductance, capacitance and other parameters for the calculation of wave processes is reasonably determined. The wave process in the reactor under the lightning over-voltage was calculated by EMTP-ATP software. Potential distribution and the calculation results of the windings under the over-voltage is obtained. Spectrum analysis on the calculation results of wave process is done by the MATLAB software. After analysis, lightning characteristics and relevant conclusions is obtained, and give a certain frame of reference for the reactor design by analyzing the impact of wave. |
