As conventional weapon in modern warfare, light weapon’s performance is critical. After being produced, Light weapon’s performance must be tested. Firing accuracy is the main assessment index in the test. When man using light weapon to shoot, the subjective factors of man have an important influence on the shooting result. In order to exclude the subjective factors, people home and abroad start to research on simulated test shooter and hope to it to replace man.At present, the passive state simulated test shooter has been developed, but it still has limitations. During the firing process of more than three rounds of bullets, the passive state simulated test shooter can’t replace the person’s active control. Therefore, research on the active state simulated test shooter is very urgent.This paper focuses on the hot spot in the field of light weapon technology and starts exploratory research on the shoulder force between the active state simulated test shooter and light weapon. At first, it devises and produces strain three-dimensional force sensor elastomer. It analyzes the elastomer statically by ABAQUS software and finds the best position to paste resistance strain gauge, then pastes resistance strain gauge and builds measuring bridges. After the sensor being produced, it should be handled by static calibration and dynamic calibration. However, there are some problems about dimension coupling interference and dynamic property, So decoupling and compensation is needed. Do research on the shoulder force between man and light weapon to find the features of the shoulder force. At last, This paper designs the dynamic modeling exploringly of the active simulated test shooter gun shoulder model and analyzes it. This paper’s major purpose is to do the preparatory work for the research on the active state simulated test shooter.
