In order to avoid the influence of subjective factors on firing precision and measureautomatic firing precision of the gun objectively. Based on the developed passive frame,the previous research of the controlled frame was carded out.Based on the results of the experimental analysis, the predecessors' experience and thebiomechanical features of the human body's structure, the mathematical model of man-gunsystem about standing with body supportless was suggested in the dissertation, consistingof upper body and gun body. In this model, every freedom is restrained by a set of springsand vicous dampers. The dynamic equations of the model were deduced and established,the interactional forces and the dynamical motion of some typic man-gun system weresimulated, and the obtained results accorded with those of the experimental tests.A series of experimental tests were performed on active man-gun system, whichincluded, measuring motions of the man-gun system with high speed photographic films,accelerometer array and piezocrystal gyroscopes; measuring the man-weapon interactionforces at the shoulder-butt, hand-grip by the kistler's and the specially designed transducers.Then, hand-frip force transducer was calibrated In dynamic and static state; the elasticbody of hand-grip sensor was staticly analysed by ANSYS.A lot of useful results fordeveloping the system model and improving the model prediction were provided. Inaddition, a method of acquiring man-gun system motion from the specified pointdisposition was presented, which was required to processing the data of the high speedphotographic films. Image process programme was designed specially; motion principle ofthe shooter and gun was gotten.The different shoots' parameters (the values of spring stiffness and viscous dampingfactor) were identified by the experimental method, and the idea of active experimentgun-frame was brought out.
