Diesel fuel injection system is the heart of the diesel engine. Since2002, due to the good and efficient fuel economy, lower engine noise, assembly direct injection diesel engine cars in Europe got significant promotion.The precision demand of the gear pump of high pressure common rail diesel engine is high, in the assembly process, the gear pump axial clearance is the key factors of the quality control. The traditional measuring methods and systems have the disadvantage just like low efficiency, poor accuracy and short of anti-interference ability.This article is in view of the measurement of a certain type of gear pump axial clearance in high pressure common rail diesel engine, analyzes several existing pump axial gap measuring method and principle, treat the grating detection as the core technology of the gear pump axial clearance on-line detection device. Do the general structure design, measurement system design and pneumatic system design. Base on the error compensation principle, compare and analysis the two measuring head design (pump body ring pressure and gear ring pressure), select the gear ring pressure measuring head to prevent measurement pump axial channeling dynamic. At the same time, design the corresponding safety and mistake proofing devices, in order to ensure the long-term stability of the on-line detection device function.Then we use the gear pump axial clearance detection device to measure the axial clearance of the certain gear pump for the tests, and using the MSA to the detection device, analysis the measurement capability of the device, in order to do the error compensation and optimization, so as to improve the accuracy of the measurement system. The device is high accuracy of measurement, high anti-interference ability, high efficiency, simple operation, has been used in actual production and good results were obtained. |
