Operation vehicle for contact wire is mainly used in the railway powerstringing,castinglines, inspection,overhaul,maintenance and fault treatment of the railway power grid.Convenience of workingplatform control and stability and reliability of work directlyinfluence the efficiency and safety of the whole contact network.Aiming at the deficiency of existing contact net-working platform structure,It is proposedthat a specific technical improvement plan about existing column structure and the operationplatform of the control mode in this paper. Operation platform improved can be used incontrol of PLC control system to achieve automatic lifting, automatic rotating of workingplatform and the automatic leveling and reset action of the platform surface.First of all, it is improved that the structure of base structure of lifting platform. Thecolumn platformimproved which is based on the function of original lifting and rotating canrealize free swing in the locomotive longitudinal axis and the automatic leveling and resetfunction. Secondly, the perfect combination of friendly touch human-machine interface andhigh performance programmable controller realizes new control mode of the man-machinedialogue-PPI communication–PID control algorithm-PLC program control, the intelligenthydraulic control field control concepts in traditional, the rise of real-time control of vehicleattitude to algorithm research levels. Concept of intelligent control was used in traditionalhydraulic control field, the rise of real-time control of vehicle attitude to algorithm researchlevels. And at the same time, the research on the real-time control of vehicle attitude waspromoted up to algorithm research levels.Finally, AMESim simulation model of the wholehydraulic system of column platform and semi-physical simulation model of the completecontrol system have been established. Under analysis after function tests, the simulationresults has proved the correctness and feasibility of digital operation visual by using touchscreen and PLC to control the hydraulic system to drivemechanism to achieve a smoothoperation.Study on attitude regulatory systems of contact net working platform provides a safe,convenient, efficient operating system for railway staff and achieves a good applicationofhydromechatronicstechnology oncontact wire operation vehicle. Meanwhile,ahydromechatronicssemi-physical simulation strategy has been put forward, providinga basis for performance analysis and optimization design, supplying certain reference for simulationof the intelligent control, fault diagnosis of mechanical and hydraulic system, offering areliable and simple technical method for complex physical system’s modeling and simulation.
