As the energy shortage is getting worse and the environmental protection is getting louder,electric vehicle,as a kind of low-carbon and clean means of transportation,is all concerned and popularized by various units.It is very important that electric vehicles charge safely.However,at this stage,the enterprises of electric vehicles and charging facilities have not yet been fully unified,and the charging mode of electric vehicles is still inadequate.According to charging facilities and charging current there are four different charging modes.For example,charging mode three for supplying power to the electric vehicle through the exchange charging pile,AC charging can output power to the electric vehicle according to the different needs of the user or the grid,and with the development of V2G,EV can also be discharged to the grid through the charger as a mobile energy storage device.In view of this problem,the study of electric vehicle charging simulation platform has important application value.Based on the actual demand,this thesis builds an analog charging platform based on battery,charging interface and charger in strict accordance with the standard of electric vehicle charging,and conducts effective test on AC and DC battery charging mode,and based on the simulation platform,this thesis designs a working mode that takes user's needs as the main part,and tests the working mode on the simulation platformFirstly,the thesis designs an electric vehicle simulation charging platform based on lithium iron phosphate battery,and designs the power battery and battery management system,charging system and charging interface,and the communication system between charger and power battery.At the same time,it selected a suitable battery and charger according to the characteristics of the laboratory.Secondly,the thesis verifies the standard AC and DC charging mode of electric vehicles and simulation platform design features.The characteristics of AC and DC charging are verified by changing the current size,and the design function of the simulation platform is verified.Thirdly,in the original charging mode,this thesis proposes a charging mode based on user requirements,and analyzes the charging behavior of night electric vehicles.Based on the single electric vehicle,it designs a step tariff tiered pricing strategy combined with peak-valley time-of-use method,which sets the lowest price as the goal to guide the user in accordance with the desired charging curve charging peak load to achieve the purpose,then simulates and analyzes with specific cases.Finally,the thesis summarizes and forecasts the theoretical and experimental results.
