Biomass Energy Utilization In The Guanzhong Region Of Shaanxi Province's Environmental Impact And Development Countermeasures

Oil, coal, natural gas and other fossil fuels are the main energy of modern production and life, but, with the using of fossil fuels faster and faster, fewer time for human using. At the same time, more and more serious environmental problems caused by the use of three conventional energies, the environment for human survival and sustainable development are a serious threat. Biomass energy is a renewable clean energy, with enormous social environmental and economic benefits, can alleviate the heavy reliance on traditional fossil fuels.This paper studies the biomass technology and life cycle assessment of existing research on the basis of the regional characteristics of the Guanzhong region. This paper studies the potential amount of biomass resources in Guanzhong region, the development of biomass energy industry, utilization of biomass andits environmental impact study. The results for Guanzhong region’energy development and environmental protection has more significance.Through the analysis of the potential amount of biomass resources in Guanzhong area, and consider the use of different biomass resources in the form came to the conclusion:the Guanzhong area biomass utilization of living biomass power, biogas, solid fuel, fuel ethanol. Conduct a life cycle assessment study shows that four of biomass use in the form of the Guanzhong region, Guanzhong area biomass of four utilization of the environment in order was:forming solid fuel<biogas fuel<ethanol<biomass power generation.Considering the regions of the technical characteristics of the biomass energy utilization, using ways, the possible impact on the environment and national biomass financial, tax and other preferential policies, utilization of biomass energy development in areas suitable for off order of:biogas, solid fuel, biomass power generation, fuel ethanol. Biogas fuel and forming solid fuel should be the strategic focus of the biomass energy industry development in Guanzhong region. For a better Guanzhong region biomass industry development, rational distribution of biomass energy industry; Improving the biomass energy development planning; Making the better supporting policies; To optimize the environment for the development of biomass energy industry; Emphasising on technology research, development, personnel development, strengthen international exchanges and cooperation efforts.To2030, the biomass energy industry will become a competitive energy industry.
