The Yuanwang TT&C ships is an important part of our spaceflight measure-control net, which have on the shoulder of spaceflight aerocraft’s measure-control and communication mission. There are many high precision measure-control and communication instruments on the ships, most of them are strict to the ESD working environment, and with high ESD sensitivity.This paper is aim at the characteristic of ESD on the ship, investigates the status of ESD and its defend on the ship deeply. It analyses the weakness tache of ESD defend measure, points out the necessary and pressure, by testing the people’s static voltage, exterior resistance etc. ESD parameter on the Yuanwang measure-control ships’s typical machine room. It has important practical purport in setting up an effective ESD defend management system, advancing member’s ESD defend consciousness, nurturing well ESD defend custom at work.On the base of lucubrating the effect mechanism of electronic equipment’s ESD, we develop the ESD simulator calibrating equipment, resolve the problem of calibrating the ESD testing equipment’s parameter, advance the efficient implementing detailed rules on the ships.
