With the continuous investment in urban infrastructure, a large number of roads, bridges, airports, subway will be put into the building. Engineering machine,in particular,concrete pump trucks will play an increasingly important role.Traditional concrete pump irrigation requires several people to guide and support to complete, this is not only a great waste of human resources and reduce the efficiency,even may cause accidents if the site command is improperly. Taking the wireless remote control technology into the truck control undoubtedly will bring enormous economic and social benefits.The current pump wireless remote control products exits on the market mainly divided into two categories:foreign brands represented have a good performance but they are expensive and inconvenient on maintenance. The products made in China and Taiwan are unstable in performance and lack of reliability.The market is in dire need of a product which is stable and reliable,cost-effective.In this paper,we design a pump remote controller which is based on ARM,CPLD and wireless communication technology.As a product of industrial remote control,we first need to ensure is its reliability.So we design a dual-channel system and communicate both in433MHz and2.4GHz band. In order to expand the diversity of controller’s function,we design operating data recording module,intelligent identification module,throwing protection modules and so on.The paper designs a program which is used in industrial wireless control based on the433MHz and2.4GHz band.In addition,we establish the digital system and RF system,then underly design the communication protocol and control strategy.
