| This paper is mainly according to the requirement of first party to developing a autoloader which can be operated in a local control also in a remote control.The development of autoloader mainly including the mechanical structure design and control system design, parts of the processing and manufacturing, installation and debugging of the system and the optimization of late.The reloading machine has strong pertinence, various aspects performance all accord with the design index.It can not only enforce the big thrust reliable reloading, but also can according to different reloading needs, complete single automatic reloading and volleying automatic reloading, and in the accident cases automatic stop operation so as to protect themselves.This paper design will put two sets of independent autoloader symmetrical installation, and it to drive two table reloading machine and reload respectively by two stepper motor. It design a large thrust push shell mechanism, transmission mechanism, drive mechanism and volleying mechanism. Based on the original design model, clear the type of control motor, choose stepper motor as reloading motor and rotating motor, calculation torque for each motor, determine the models of stepping motor and planetary reducer specific, Design the chain lock mechanism to ensure the reliable operation of a large thrust reloading. Optimization floor and support structure to adapt to each components are installed. To optimise chain box structure, ensure reliable recycling chain. And design the nameplate of autoloader.This paper also according to the control demand use the TMCM control card in the control system, and use the TMCL language writing control program to make autoloader is able to complete single reloading, volleying reloading, single step adjustment, reset stop, and other functions. It is also design the control box connected to the control system to make autoloader can be wired remote control operation.After the installation improvement perfect, the autoloader is able to satisfy the design index, complete actual reloading demand. Design the push force simulation test device and combined with ANSYS simulation measure of autoloader actual push force and other performance parameters.
