Stepper motor is one kind transforms the electricity pulse signal into angle displacement the implementing agency, stepper motor main merit has the higher pointing accuracy, non- position accumulated error. With the development of the vehicle carries the electronic instrument, the microcontrollers with integrated stepper motor drive circuits is development direction. This article has thoroughly studied the Bipolar stepper motor control technology, has designed a microcontrollers with integrated stepper motor drive circuits. The design simplified the motor-driven system hardware architecture。It does not need to meet other electric circuit with motor, reduced the cost, moreover the performance is superior.This article has first analyzed the stepper motor principle of work, Introduced several commonly used motor-driven way. This article choice the control mode of Electric current vector permanent evenly revolves of Subdivides .It enhanced the control progress and the stepper motor movement stability.This paper describes the design of the stepper motor actuator and its sub-module. Using a digital PWM ways, improve the PWM pulse of the quality and streamline the PWM pulse of operation. Through the introduction of choice, which require the Four PWM generator module to simplify two PWM generator module is simplify the circuit, the area of conservation.This article has designed the motor-driven hardware and software, Proposed one new algorithm. It improved stepper motor each micro step to walk the fixed range. The motor-driven can according to the stepper motor movement actual situation decide each micro step walks distance. It enhanced the stepper motor speed, also had the improvement to the electrical machinery vibration situation.Finally to used the simulation and the experimental way confirmed used control method feasibility.
