The vibration energy in the environment is everywhere. If the losses of the vibration energy in the environment can be collected and converted to electrical energy, it will bring new energy supply mode for human society and relieve the energy crisis. Combined with the dynamical system, testing technology and other technology, piezoelectric materials can be used to recover the energy in the environment. And it has become a high and new technology attracted wide attention. At present, the study of piezoelectric power generation technology has been launched in the military, health care, construction works and other related fields.The vibration energy of piezoelectric cantilever beam can be converted to electrical energy by piezoelectric effect. The piezoelectric cantilever beam is a simple structure and convenient processing without poisonous to the environment, and has less constraint. This is a new type of energy conservation and environmental protection structure. First, the piezoelectric cantilever model for vibration energy harvesting is established in this article. Then, theoretical analysis for this structure is carried on according to the theory of mechanics, including its energy conversion process, resonance frequency solution and output. Experimental study is made to analyse the model and dynamic power generation. Compared the results of test with FEA analysis to validation if the the finite element model is correct or not. On the basis of correct model, using the general finite element analysis software ANSYS as the tool, the energy conversion process, resonance frequency solution and output will be simulated. At last, the piezoelectric cantilever structure will be optimized to find out the optimal output.The main contents are as follows:First, the commonly used piezoelectric materials and its piezoelectric effect are introduced in the article. Piezoelectric performance parameters will be analysed and the piezoelectric constitutive equations will be established. The structural styles of piezoelectric vibrator are introduced.Built the piezoelectric cantilever structure to analyse the resonance frequency solution and equivalent circuit.Second, the piezoelectric cantilever structure will be theoretical analysed. Then, the vibration differential equation will be established according the Euler-Bernoulli theory. And the output question will be theoretical analysed.Third, experimental study is made to analyse its resonance frequency and measure its power generation voltage.The comparative data will be provided to validation the the finite element model.Forth, on the basis of correct finite element model, the factor of mass block, length and thickness of cantilever beam will be discussed by computer software analysis. Find out the change of the structural parameters effect on natural frequency and output. And the best thickness ratio of piezoelectric ceramic and metal substrate will be calculated.Finally, on the basis of power voltage of piezoelectric cantilever structure, taking the same strain of the structure as constraint condition, taking the the optimal power generation voltage as objective function, cantilever structural model will be analysed and optimized.
