| To explore the efficient of the method of simultaneous purification swine fever and pseudorabies in pig farm, IDEXX animal disease Elisa Kit was used to detect pig hog cholera antibody and pseudorabies field virus antibodies, antibodies census, immune tolerance to individual screening swine fever, adjust the immunization program, pseudorabies the wild virus positive boars eliminated, reserve pig group of classical swine fever and pseudorabies antibody synchronization monitoring and eliminated as well as the series of routine immunization monitoring method, the goal of simultaneous purification in pig farm swine fever and pseudorabies.Firstly, the immunization program and the antibody level of swine fever and pseudorabies were investigated. The result indicated that, the antibody protectable ratio of swine fever in prenatal sows of3pig farm was53.3%; meanwhile, the immunization program of pseudorabies of piglets also could not protect the infection of pseudorabies through the whole growth process, they will readily being infected at the age of90-110days. We adjust the immunization program of swine fever to4times per year and the program of pseudorabies to two times at the age of45days and90days, which could solve the problem of antibody levels in piglets.Immunogic tolerance sows were identified and eliminated from the group after3times detection of swine fever antibody. The result indicated that the eliminated ratio of two pig farm was11.16%and5.63%, respectively. After that, enforced detection of the antibody level in replacement gilts to find and eliminated the pigs could not response to swine fever immune and infected by pseudorabies field viral.All those works keep go on in two pig farms for3years, we could see that the live piglets gain was increased, meanwhile, the diarrhea rate and sum of weak weaned pigs decreased, which verified the efficiency of the method of simultaneous purification swine fever and pseudorabies in pig farms. |
