Foot and mouth disease(FMD),classical swine fever(CSF)and Pseudorabies(PRV)are three major diseases of pigs. The prevalence of these three diseases poses a great threat to the pig industry. At present, vaccination is the main prevention and control method of the three diseases.to ensure the use of the vaccine effect, most of the farmers use the three kinds of vaccine with-repeated injection, respectively. This method increased the labor intensity of epidemic prevention personnel and immune stress of the pigs.Whether the three kinds of vaccine can be immune simultaneous was a technical problem that many researchers and pig industry concerned. To improve farm productivity, detecte the antibody titer and observe the adverse reactions after piglets were immunized with the three kinds of vaccine.A large scale pig farm was selected.28 days old piglets were divided into five groups.Group A:The piglets were injected CSF attenuated vaccine,FMD inactivated vaccine(Type O)and PRV gene-deleted vaccine at 35 days,45days and 55 days old;Group B: The piglets were injected CSF attenuated vaccine and FMD inactivated vaccine(Type O)at different sites at 45 days old,PRV gene-deleted vaccine were injected at 55 days old;Group C: The piglets were injected CSF attenuated vaccine at 35 days old,FMD inactivated vaccine(Type O)and PRV gene-deleted vaccine were injected at different sites at 55 days old;Group D: The piglets were injected CSF attenuated vaccine and PRV gene-deleted vaccine at different sites at 45 days old,FMD inactivated vaccine(Type O)were injected at 55 days old;Group E: The piglets were injected CSF attenuated vaccine,PRV gene-deleted vaccine and FMD inactivated vaccine(Type O)at different sites at 45 days old.] The second immunization was done with the same method after 30 days.Separating serum and detected the antibodies level of CSF,FMD and PRV by ELISA at days after the first immunization and 30,60 and 90 days after the second immunization. The results were as follows:1.The application of 45 days in different parts of the injection of CSF attenuated vaccine and inactivated vaccine against foot-and-mouth disease(O).55 days injection of porcine pseudorabies virus gene deleted vaccine, two immunization group B carried out in the same way after 30 d.A group and in the monitoring period disease and swine fever The antibody titer of FMD and CSF in Group B was slightly lower than that in group A,but higher than the other two groups. The results showed that the combined immunization of FMD inactivated vaccine(Type O)and CSF attenuated vaccine did not affect the immune effect.2.The antibody titer of PRV in group C and group D reached a higher level while the antibody titer of CSF and FMD(Type O)in group C and group D was lower than that in the other groups. The results showed that the combination of-CSF attenuated vaccine,PRV gene-deleted vaccine and FMD inactivated vaccine(Type O)was not an ideal choice.3.There was no significant difference about antibody titer between group E and group A.from 30 days after the first immunization to 60 days after the second immunization, but 90 days after of the second immunization, the titer of the three antibodies decreased significantly. The results showed that if the breeding cycle of fattening pigs was short, three kinds of vaccines could be used simultaneously.4.The adverse reaction of immunized piglets in group D and group E was higher than that in the other groups, died piglets was occasional.Loss of appetite, fever and flushing skin can be detected in A,B and C groups, and disappeared gradually. The results showed that the combination of classical swine fever and pseudorabies.Classical swine fever and pseudorabies, foot and mouth disease and rabies vaccine could cause severe side effects in immunized piglets.
