Abstract/Summary:
Infantile diarrhea is common in pediatric four diseases, which is a group of diseases caused by multiple pathogens and many factors, with the characteristic of increasing in stool frequency and changing in stool traits, with6months to2years with the highest incidence, is a cause of malnutrition in children, one of the main causes of growth retardation. At present domestic and foreign treated by micro ecological preparation, no special treatment, in recent years Chinese medicine in the treatment of infantile diarrhea disease has been reported more frequently, and has obtained the good curative effect. This topic through the application of massage therapy in pediatric damp-heat diarrhea clinical research, in order to further defined the manipulation mechanism and efficacy of clinical application.The paper includes literature review and clinical research in two parts.Literature review:the research of infantile diarrhea disease arc described from two aspects of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine.Clinical research:Objective: To observe the massage to treat children damp-heat diarrhea clinical curative effect.Methods:61cases of diarrhea were randomly divided into treatment and control group, the treatment group30cases used massage technique, including clearing and tonifying Pijing. clearing and tonifying Dachangjing, kneading Banmcn, arc-pushing Neibagua, pushing Liufu, rubbing abdomen, pinching spine.pushing Qijiegu upwards and kneading Guiwei.A control group of31cases of Canglingzhixie oral liquid to be treated, and montmorillonite and tetralogy of viable Bifidobacterium tablets adjuvant therapy. Two groups of the period of treatment was3days. The two groups were observed before and after treatment the clinical curative effect and the symptoms and signs to improve the situation, using the statistical software SPSS17.0on treatment results for statistical analysis.Result:1.The treatment group and the control group total effectiveness respectively96.67%,93.55%, two groups of clinical effect comparison, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).2.The treatment group in improving the frequency of defecation, stool, abdominal pain, vomiting, fever, thirst, spirit, diet, urinary, anal red signs and symptoms, significant differences, with statistical significance (P<0.01). The control group in improving the frequency of defecation, stool, abdominal pain, fever, thirst, spirit, diet, urinary, anal red signs and symptoms, significant differences, with statistical significance (P<0.05), symptoms of vomiting in aspects of the differences were not statistically significant (P>0.05)3.Improvement in stool frequency, abdominal pain, vomiting and other symptoms, comparing the two groups, the treatment group was superior to the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), while in the stool, spirit, fever, thirst, pee, diet, anal red signs and symptoms had no significant difference (P>0.05). The two group in improving the peripheral white blood cell and stool routine, there was no statistical significance (P>0.05).Conclusion:Massage therapy in pediatric damp-heat diarrhea clinical curative effect is remarkable, can better improvement in clinical symptoms, especially in improving children’s diarrhoea, abdominal pain, vomiting, has obvious advantage, it is worthy of popularization and application.
