Endometrial polyps (EP), one of the uterine polyps, the main clinical manifestations of it are irregular vaginal bleeding and infertility, but patients are often no obvious symptoms and signs, sometimes being found Through Physical examination.Along with the rapid development of modern inspection technology, there is a huge increase detection rate. In Western medicine, its research is more in-depth. Not only involved the systematic summary of the risk factors for its occurrence, but also about its etiology, pathogenesis, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis. But in the traditional Chinese medicine, few studies involved only part of the clinical cases, and no clear TCM diseases name and syndromes in the traditional and modern Chinese medicine.Just according to the different clinical symptoms, respectively belong to "menorrhagia","menstruation","uterine bleeding" and "Zhengjia" areas. In the more rapid development of the traditional Chinese medicine, and the majority of patients for operation in fear. So, for the non-surgical patients, can be treated based on syndrome differentiation, so as to exert the advantages of TCM. The purpose of this research is to discuss the more risk factors for EP, carry on preliminary discussion to its TCM syndrome and constitution typing, and their correlative analysis, providing instructive evidence for preventing and treating EP in the future. Objective:The purpose of this paper is to investigation and study the general information, TCM syndrome and constitution of the EP patients, to discuss the more risk factors in future, and preliminary induction and summarization the TCM syndromes typing, analyze the TCM constitution typing, study the correlative analysis of TCM syndromes and constitution typing, providing accurate TCM diagnosis, instructive evidence for early preventing and treating for the non-surgical patients. Methods:Based on the literature reference, clinical experience and expert opinion, designing of the database of the general information, TCM syndrome and constitution of the EP patients, collect the data of the97cases of EP patients in Inpatient department of our hospital through the epidemiological method. Analyzing of the four diagnostic methods, establishment of the information database and employing the descriptive statistical methods, the purpose is to study and analyze the TCM syndrome and constitution of the EP patients. Finally, processing analysis the information database using the SPSS16.0.Result:It can be indicated from the statistical analysis in this survey by the Beijing local people were in the majority, age and more concentrated in the40-49between the relatively high cultural level, staff, foreign workers and post-retirement women mainly. Risk factors for high body mass index, history of abortion and related disease history. In the TCM, stagnation of phlegm and blood stasis type in31cases, accounting for31.96%; Qi stagnation and blood stasis type in28cases, accounting for28.87%; Qi deficiency and blood stasis type in23cases, accounting for23.71%; damp-heat and blood stasis type in15cases, accounting for15.46%of. Survey of TCM constitution, phlegm, Qi quality for the majority, followed by stasis quality of gentleness, of damp-heat, yang quality, yin deficiency, qi deficiency, especially intrinsic quality. In the correlation analysis, age and constitution type and TCM syndromes related. Conclusions:Through investigation and analysis,to the generated of EP and pathogenesis, combined with previous experience that the disease as the main pathological basis of "blood stasis". A further summary of its risk factors, in addition to previous literature pointed out, including occupation, history of abortion and related diseases, such as uterine fibroids, hypertension, high blood lipid; TCM syndrome can be divided into phlegm blocking pattern, Qi and Blood, Qi stagnation type and damp heat and blood stasis, phlegm and blood stasis type is more common; in the physical aspect, by the phlegm wet matter, Qi-stagnation constitution, flat and matter more, followed by blood stasis, Qi deficiency, damp heat quality quality quality. EP with the age and constitution and syndrome types between has certain correlation. Patients with different age distribution, the syndrome distribution of different age,30-39to qi stagnation and blood stasis type is more common,40-49years old with accumulation of phlegm and stasis is more common than, above50years old with Qi deficiency and blood stasis type see; phlegm, qi stagnation, Qi quality quality quality quality, hot and humid with accumulation of phlegm and stasis, qi stagnation and blood stasis, Qi deficiency and blood stasis type, damp-heat and blood stasis type with convergence. Therefore, for the non operation patients and postoperative prevention, according to patient age, physique and TCM Syndrome Typing of syndrome differentiation and treatment, different, thus improving the traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine on EP, fill the blank.
