| The paper is composed by review and clinical research.The part of reviewSystenmatic summarize the reaserch progress of the regulation machanism of airway mucus hypersecretion at home and abroad nearly10years,discusses from mucus, inducing factor of hypersecretion, signal pathways and so on respectively.In the part of treatment,different treatment measures and machanism of traditional Chinese and western medicine is summarized.The part of clinical research1104AECOPD retention of Heat-phlegm in the lung patients which accord with the diagnosis standard of the case,would be divided into treatment group54cases, control group50cases with single-blind randomized method, and then for the clinical study. The treatment group cases taking clearing heat and dissipating phlegm polyphamacy on the basis of the standardized treatment of GOLD,control group intravenous drip the mulcosovan. Clinical efficacy is evaluated by the symptoms integeration of cough, sputum, gasp and eliminating phlegm quantitative integeration,and compare the difference integeration of before and after treament. The result shows that treatment group and control group cases can both improve the symptoms, signs and phlegm situation of AECOPD patients, but treatment group is better than control group in the aspect of cough, sputum, chest tightness, thirst, sputum viscosty and sputum volume day and night. The total effective rate of treatment group is better than control group.299cases sputum specimens which collected from patients before and after treatment would be determinated the content of MUC5AC,and compare the change between before and after treatment. The result shows that, treatment group and control group cases can both reduce the content of MUC5AC of the sputum specimens,strength of treatment group and control group are quite.But in the aspect of improving the sputum viscosty and sputum volume, treatment group is better than control group. |
