Objective: Based on the theory of "lung and large intestine ",the clinical effect of zeng-Li-Qing decoction combined with zeng-Li-Qing decoction in treating patients with acute exacerbation(acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,AECOPD)of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)with phlegm-heat obstruction of lung syndrome was observed. Methods: 44 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease who met the selection criteria in the central ICU ward of the first affiliated hospital of hunan university of traditional chinese medicine were randomly divided into observation group(22cases),control group(22 cases),control group with routine intervention, observation group with routine intervention combined with traditional chinese medicine decoction Zengxiu Chengqi decoction. The two groups each took 7 days as one intervention cycle, and this clinical observation carried out a total of 1 cycle. Before and after treatment and between groups, the improvement of TCM symptom score was observed, the first second forced expiratory volume percentage(FEV1%pred),C-reactive protein. Results: The symptoms of the AECOPE patients in the observation group and the control group were improved, the improvement of TCM symptom score and FEV1%pred ? C reactive protein in the two groups were lower than those before the intervention, and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Among them, cough, phlegm quantity, phlegm quality, phlegm color, wheezing in TCM syndrome grading quantification table of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Chest tightness item: The observation group was better than the control group(P<0.01),and the above results were statistically significant. Conclusion:Conventional intervention combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction to increase fluid Chengqi decoction is effective in patients with AECOPD phlegm heat obstruction lung syndrome, and conventional intervention combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction to increase fluid Chengqi decoction to AECOPD phlegm heat obstruction lung syndrome patients in the overall effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome is better than simple routine intervention.
