Degenerative diseases, including lumbar disc herniation, lumbar spinal stenosis, lumbar osteoarthritis, degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis, degenerative lumbar scoliosis. with the development of spinal surgery and Clinical improvements in technology, spinal surgery cases are increasing and have achieved good therapeutic effect, followed by the occurrence of postoperative complications and their related factors take more and more people attention, low back pain is one of the more common complications of lumbar spine after surgery, which is directly related to the effect of surgery. In rare cases, then surgical treatment, conservative treatment, symptoms can be eased, but less satisfied with the clinically effective method. Ultrasound conductance drug penetration of local therapy as the rise in recent years, new medication for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation, degenerative changes of knee joint diseases such good effect. In this thesis, including lumbar degenerative diseases of postoperative leg pain cause analysis, conductivity through the overview of the progress of drug therapy in ultrasound and ultrasound conductance through drug therapy for the treatment of lumbar degenerative disease after surgery clinical analysis of short-term treatment of leg pain.Literature review:The first review the relevant literature, combined with the clinical observation of the department from2003-2011, lumbar degeneration postoperative low back pain on lumbar degenerative diseases of leg pain after the reasons were analyzed and summarized. The second introduction to ultrasound conductance through the mechanism of action of drug therapy, experimental research and its clinical applications. Part of clinical research:Orthopaedic Center of Beijing University of Chinese Traditional Medicine, Dongzhimen Hospital, received treatment and a total of40cases of lumbar degeneration after surgical treatment of low back pain patients divided into two groups, the conventional treatment group and the ultrasound conductance through drug plus the conventional therapy group, the clinical effect of its early-control study, summarize the efficacy of two treatment methods, to explore the advantages of ultrasound the conductance drug penetration therapy in lumbar degeneration postoperative low back pain treatment.Research purposes:Control study to conventional treatment and using ultrasound conductance drug transmission treatment, early clinical effect of line, summarize the efficacy of two treatments, and to explore the advantages of ultrasound the conductance drug penetration therapy in lumbar degeneration postoperative low back pain treatment.Research Methods:Dongzhimen Hospital orthopedic center from September2009to December2011, the lumbar spine degeneration after surgical treatment of low back pain patients40were divided into experimental group and control group20cases. The record before the treatment,3,7,10days after treatment, pain visual score the VAS.The results:After treatment, pain symptoms were significantly improved:pain visual score VAS before treatment after treatment were statistically significant (P<0.05). Between the two groups, at various times after treatment, the pain visual score VAS differences (P<0.05).Conclusion:After treatment, pain symptoms were significantly improved ultrasound conductance through the drug group compared with the conventional treatment group, pain control fully, but the analgesic effect was significantly earlier than the conventional treatment group. Ultrasound conductance drug penetration of the treatment of lumbar degeneration postoperative low back pain is a simple operation, safe, non-invasive, non-toxic side effects of treatment, significantly improve the clinical symptoms, it is worth to promote.
