The record before the treatment,3,7,10days after treatment, pain visual score the VAS.The results:After treatment, pain symptoms were significantly improved:pain visual score VAS before treatment after treatment were statistically significant (P<0.05). Between the two groups, at various times after treatment, the pain visual score VAS differences (P<0.05).Conclusion:After treatment, pain symptoms were significantly improved ultrasound conductance through the drug group compared with the conventional treatment group, pain control fully, but the analgesic effect was significantly earlier than the conventional treatment group. Ultrasound conductance drug penetration of the treatment of lumbar degeneration postoperative low back pain is a simple operation, safe, non-invasive, non-toxic side effects of treatment, significantly improve the clinical symptoms, it is worth to promote.
