Clinical Study On Prevention And Treatment Of Low Back Pain After Lumbar Decompression By

Purpose: To observe the differences between ODI and VAS in the control group by Duhuojishengtang combined with low back muscle exercise on postoperative back pain in lumbar spine surgery,and to explore the preventive and therapeutic effects of Duhuojishengtang on postoperative back pain in lumbar spine surgery.Method:Clinical data are obtained from the May 2013 to 2016 January in our hospital, and patients with lumbar disc herniation receive nucleus pulposus resection through small incision and lamina fenestration or patients with lumbar spinal stenosis receive laminectomy(or combine with nucleus pulposus resection) and expansive laminoplasty.The patients were divided into the observation group and the control group,using VAS and ODI scoring system for scoring.And analysis of equilibrium of the two groups in gender, age, location(one or both sides), segment, operation(expansive laminoplasty), preoperative VAS and ODI.Evaluate the effectiveness of surgical treatment for all patients.Finally determine the comparability of the two groups,comparing the differences between groups in terms of VAS and ODI in observation time.Results : In the equilibrium of influence factors,there are not statistical difference,and two groups have the comparability.This study has a definite therapeutic effect of surgical treatment on patients with lumbocrural pain because of significant statistical difference of VAS between preoperative and postoperative 2 weeks.The two groups in VAS and ODI have significant statistical difference in 1 months and 3months after taking out stitches.The observation group is significantly better than the control group in terms of (?)±s,and the symptoms of patients with low back pain significantly are improved in 1 months and 3 months after taking out stitches.Conclusion:Through clinical research, we observed the effect of surgical treatment of lumbocrural pain caused by the lumbar disease exactly.While Duhuojishengtang can significantly improve the postoperative lumbar in patients with residual orsecondary low back pain symptoms,and witch can significantly increase the long-term efficacy of lumbar surgery.
