Microrna29 Leiomyosarcoma In The Expression And Its Clinical Significance

Objective:Detection of microRNA-29(microRNA-29,miRNA29,miR29) in the normal uterus, uterine Leiomyoma, cellular uterine Leiomyoma and Leiomyosarcoma of the uterus in the expression. Evaluate its significance in prediction of uterine Leiomyosarcoma.Method:Collection January2000at Qingdao University Medical College affiliated hospital hospitalized Gynecologic Surgery and pathology confirmed the diagnosis as a research object in50cases, of which10cases of normal endometrium, uterine Leiomyoma patients in20cases, cellular Leiomyoma of uterus, Leiomyoma of uterus Sarcoma patients in10patients with10cases, the use of real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR for detection of microRNA-29expression. Application of SPSS14.0software for statistical analysis, measurement data are used t tests.Result:Relative to the normal uterus (x±s=1.01±0.05) and uterine smooth muscle tumor (x±s=0.93±0.04), micro RNA-29in the expression of cellular uterine Leiomyoma tissue (x±s=0.80±0.03p=0.003), in expression levels significantly decrease uterine Leiomyosarcoma (x±s=0.61±0.02p=0.000)。Conclusion:MicroRNA29may as a tumor suppressor gene involved in process of uterine smooth muscle tissue malignancy,...
