Ojective To evaluate the effect of two radiation methods of conventional fraction and hypofraction, and whether the two types of breast cancer, invasive lobular carcinoma and invasive ductal carcinoma, will effect the treatment to bone metastasis, by comparing and analysising the radionuclide bone images of patients having invasive lobular carcinoma and invasive ductal carcinoma with bone metastasis before and after radiotherapy. Methods Collect108cases of patients having invasive lobular carcinoma and invasive ductal carcinoma with bone metastasis from2008.9to2012.3in my hospital,47cases of invasive lobular carcinoma and61cases of the other. These patients’ages extent from27to75, averaging45.13. These include457focuses in all. Take radiotherapy to these focuses. Separate the same type into two groups. The group of conventional fraction:200cGy/time,5times/week,4000cGy in all. The group of hypofraction:400cGy/time,3times/week,4000cGy in all. Take the patients’99"Tc-MDP radionuclide bone images before and after three months, and front Up the patients in the following two years to evaluate the effect of the two radiation methodsResults108cases of patients with bone metastasis, who exactly have457focuses in all, including219ones in the spinal column taking the most number as47.92%, and114ones in pelvic taking the second most number as24.95%, and40ones in rib taking the second most number as8.75%, and ones in clavicle and ribs. After three months’ radiotherapy, the images of patients having invasive ductal carcinoma and bone metastasis shows that:in the39cases of conventional fraction radiotherapy, there are34ones’bone metastases of concentration degree easing, and scope reducing., taking87.1%of the whole number; in the22cases of hypofraction radiotherapy, there are18ones’bone metastases of concentration degree easing, and scope reducing., taking81.8%. At the same time, the images of patients having invasive lobular carcinoma and bone metastasis shows that:in the29cases of conventional fraction radiotherapy, there are24ones’bone metastases of concentration degree easing, and scope reducing., taking82.7%of the whole number; in the18cases of hypofraction radiotherapy, there are15ones’bone metastases of concentration degree easing, and scope reducing., taking83.3%.Conclusions (1)99mTc-MDP radiotherapy shows that:the most possible place where breast cancer with bone metastasis is spinal column, and the second one is pelvic.(2)99mTc-MDP radiotherapy shows that:The two types of breast cancer, invasive lobular carcinoma and invasive ductal carcinoma do not effect the treatment to bone metastasis.(3) There are no obvious differences between the conventional fraction radiotherapy group and hypofraction radiotherapy group on the99mTc-MDP radiotherapy effect of breast cancer with bone metastasis.
