Nanotechnology is a new type of technology. It was evolved in theearly1990s. Nanotechnology is a high technology subject withresearching the specialities and movement rules of the electron, atomand molecule in0.1nm~100nm. The application fields ofnanotechnology is very extensive.This paper mainly introduces its important applications in lifescience. Nanoparticle immunochromatography assay is a detectiontechnology which is combining the immunodetection technology andlabeling technology with chromatography. This technology has manyadvantages such as simpleness, sensitive, rapid, safe and simple devicesand so on. It is especially reapplied in the highly suitable for clinicaldoctors and the wild field diagnosis with personal family test. Ectopicpregnancy is a common gynecological disease. Recently, the earlydiagnosis of ectopic pregnancy becomes very important. In addition tothe early detection of cancer in recent years is to reduce the mortality ofpatients with cancer is one of the important means. So for the tumormarkers detection is particularly important. This paper mainly studiesthe quantitative detection of human chorionicgonadotropin and the fastdetection of the nanoparticles immunochromatography technology. (1) The experiment made many different characterizations forprepared gold nanoparticles. It determined the best PH and the bestquantity of antibodies. Experimental results displaied that the best PHwas9.0and the best quantity of marked antibodies was180mIU/mL.The test strip of quantitative detection of HCG realized the quantitativedetection of HCG with using nanoparticles immunochromatographytechnology. The results displaied that the test strip of quantitativedetection of HCG has good linear relationship in linear range.Correlation coefficient was0.9977. There is a better repeatability for thetest strip. The minimum detection limit of the test strip has reached25mIU/mL.(2) The experiment developed the qualitative test strip of Fn withusing quantum dot immunchromatography technology. This test striphas many advantages such as higher sensitive, higher specificity andcompleted detection in a short time etc. the qualitative test strip reducedthe Fn minimum detection limit. The experimental results displaied thatthe minimum detection limit of Fn was80ng/mL. At the same time, Theexperiment made different characterizations for prepdprepared quantumdots. The experiment also made the conditions which the quantum dotsmarked antibody.
